NDIS Short Term Respite

NDIS Short Term Respite, also known as Respite Care, provides temporary accommodation and essential support services for individuals with disabilities. This service is crucial for both participants and their informal supports, offering a break from their regular caregiving responsibilities while ensuring the participant receives the necessary care in a supportive environment. At the same time, informal supports and/or family can take time to rest and recharge, knowing their loved ones are well cared for.

NDIS Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

For 90 days, immerse yourself in more than just a place to stay; it’s a respite, a breath of fresh air. Elevate Support Care redefines NDIS Medium Term Accommodation by artfully blending functionality and comfort. Our designed to provide a sanctuary that goes beyond mere shelter, offering a rejuvenating pause in your journey. With a holistic well-being, we ensure that every aspect of your stay is tailored to support your needs, NDIS Medium Term Accommodation.

NDIS Individualised Living Option (ILO) And Accommodation

Our ILO provides the accommodation and tailored support ser vices for individuals with disabilities. They will have the choice of 1,2 or 3 bedroom suites to accommodate the Participant and a support worker if an overnight shift is needed. Choice of standard or accessible suites (with accessible bathrooms). Equipment avail able on site. Accessing Individualised Living Option through the NDIS involves meeting certain eligibility criteria and undergoing an assessment

NDIS Transport Service

NDIS Transport Services function as a lifeline, breaking down these barriers and ensuring that individuals can access the services they need to thrive. Whether it’s a medical appointment or a therapy session, NDIS Transport Services provide a reliable and accessible. What sets NDIS Transport Services apart is their holistic approach to accessibility.

NDIS Support Workers

Our team of dedicated NDIS Support Workers includes community nursing services & Paediatric Nurses and In-Home Care providers Community Nursing Care facilitates participants in connecting with registered Community Nursing Services who specialise in delivering tailored disability-related health support.

Supported Holidays

This is for Participants who are ineligible for Participants who live with Informal Supports but want to spend time away with their family or friends that they live with.
