At Accessible & Short Term Accommodation (ASTA), we offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals requiring short-term or medium-term accommodation and support. Our dedicated team is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment for all our guests.
Pricing is specific to each individual booking. NDIS Services are priced in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide. Pricing for other stays is based on the individual package requested and by negotiation.
Up to 14 days at a time, typically 28 days per calendar year, and includes all expenses in a 24hr period for the Participant:

For individuals seeking a longer-term solution, our Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) services provide a flexible and supportive living arrangement. We offer comfortable standard and accessible suites for extended stays, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of care. Our dedicated staff are available to provide Assistance with Daily Living, Access to Community, Social & Recreational Activities, and transport in an accessible vehicle or sedan. Support Services are provided by Support Workers, Registered and Paediatric Nurses as per your request to ensure all your needs are met to a high standard, while you have an individual experience.
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services empower individuals with disabilities to live independently while receiving the necessary support. We offer a range of shared and individual living arrangements, tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Our experienced support staff is committed to fostering independence, providing assistance with daily tasks, and promoting personal growth and development.
At Accessible & Short Term Accommodation, we understand the importance of having dedicated Health Professionals who can assist individuals with their daily activities and enhance their quality of life through engagement. Our competent and compassionate Support Workers, Registered and Paediatric Nurses can provide personalised care, companionship, and assistance based on individual requirements. We strive to match each individual with a professional who shares similar interests and can provide the necessary support respectfully. Community Nursing Services are available as required to manage the clinically complex issues
We offer an individual transport services to ensure seamless mobility for our guests. Our reliable fleet of accessible vehicles and sedans is specially designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Whether you need transportation from home/airport to the resort and return, for medical appointments, or to access community, social or recreational activities, our experienced drivers will ensure your journey is comfortable, safe, and convenient.

We offer individual standard & accessible suites for NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA) & NDIS Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA), Supported Independent Living NDIS (SIL) & NDIS Independent Living Option (ILO), for persons with a disability, with individual personal care provided by specialists in high care needs’ children & adults. Included is Food, Access to Community, Social & Recreational Activities, NDIS Transport, NDIS Support Workers, Community Nursing services, Registered Nurses and Paediatric Nurses. Participant’s stay is paid by NDIS (Policy and limits apply).
